"Hi i live in Nyc and am planning to obtain a car but im not sure how to insure it. Im am currently under my parents  insurance   as a driver that is secondary. If the brand new car is registered by me under my name can I need to change to major driver or may I keep a driver that is secondary? Being another driver is clearly means cheaper than principal. Furthermore does anybody know how to shift possession of the automobile after I purchase it
